Had a great time with friends at this elegant hotel! The location is perfect for exploring the Old Port and Grand Port Maritime, both must-sees. The breakfasts are hearty, and the staff is mostly friendly and ready to help. Just a heads up, adding a couple of chairs to the balcony would make it better for evening relaxation.

However, we were disappointed that there were no chairs or ashtrays on the balcony. It would have been nice to enjoy the view more comfortably.

We truly enjoyed our stay, especially visiting the vibrant Old Port just a stone's throw away. The view from our room was mesmerizing, and exploring the nearby restaurants with my grandson made it a memorable family trip.

In my wife’s opinion, it would be great if they provided clearer parking instructions for families driving in.

We enjoyed a lovely stay near the old harbor. The bustling atmosphere, with nearby restaurants and shops, added charm to our visit. Watching the sunset from our balcony was magical. Be sure to take advantage of the local dining spots for authentic Marseille flavors!

We had such a cozy stay! The room was super comfortable, and we loved relaxing by the pool with a refreshing drink. The only downside was the noise from the cleaning staff in the morning, but it didn't spoil our time at all. 😊

I noticed the scrambled eggs weren't up to par and the cheese selection seemed recycled. The elevator was out of order, making access a bit inconvenient, especially with luggage. Staff were friendly and accommodating throughout my stay. they made me feel welcome. Overall, a nice stay with room for improvement on breakfast variety and elevator access.
